Define the test brief
Agree on the vehicle, charging locations, operator, safety conditions, test sequence, and evidence format before the sample is dispatched.
- Named vehicle and model year
- At least one commercially relevant CCS2 charging environment
- Vehicle state-of-charge range for the test
- Weather and operating conditions
- Pass, review, and stop criteria

Capture evidence, not just a yes or no
A repeatable record makes the result useful to procurement, sales, and after-sales teams.
- Vehicle and charger identification
- Connection and startup sequence
- Charging start and stability observations
- Normal stop and disconnection
- Fault codes, messages, photos, and video when relevant

Review exceptions before approval
If a test fails or behaves inconsistently, do not hide the exception inside an average. Record the exact combination, isolate the condition, and decide whether another test or configuration review is required.

Release the batch only against an agreed scope
A sample result should lead to a written purchasing decision: approved vehicle set, excluded combinations, configuration, labeling, quantity, delivery terms, and after-sales evidence requirements.
DECISION GATE
The goal is not to “pass a sample.” It is to reduce a delivery risk.
A successful test applies only to the documented conditions. It does not establish universal compatibility or guarantee a charging rate.
